Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the McKinley Bridge, from Ninth Street in St. Louis, Missouri, to Bremen Ave in Venice, Illinois. The project consists of: removal and replacement of the east and west approach spans; structural steel repairs and replacement in the truss spans over the river; pavement milling and resurfacing; removal of the toll plaza; guardrail replacement; new roadway and navigation lighting.
